Imagine this: golden leaves, a chilly breeze, and the sweet smell of autumn. Now, add a outdoor newborn photoshoot, and you’ve got magic. But, this one was extra special because it was with a little fighter who’s been through the NICU journey.  Through the session the parents and I chatted about our NICU experiences.  As we talked we realized that dad and I grew up in neighboring towns.  I love that photo sessions are more than snapping photos.  They are about connection, bot the families connection and mine to them.  I am so grateful that families like this one let me be a part of their special moments.
