I’ve been meaning to share a little about my experience at Girl Fit Physical Therapy, because it’s one of those places that stays with you long after you walk out the door.
I first went as a client myself and worked with Christina, who is one of those people you trust right away. She’s kind and she really knows her stuff. What I appreciated most is how she never takes a one-size-fits-all approach. She tries different techniques, pays attention to what actually helps, and makes you feel cared for every step of the way.
Two of my daughters have also worked with her, and they had such positive experiences. My kids even did one of the exercise classes there and came home talking about how fun it was. As a mom, it’s a relief to have a place where your kids feel comfortable and supported, especially when it’s their bodies and confidence on the line.
I recently photographed a session at the Newton office, and being in that space was special in its own way. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk in. It’s a room full of women cheering each other on, learning, healing, and just showing up for themselves. There’s something powerful about that.
What I love most about Girl Fit is their dedication to helping women not only recover from injuries but also get ahead of them. It’s about giving women the tools to feel strong and capable in their everyday lives, not just when something goes wrong.
If you’ve been looking for a place that truly understands the needs of girls and women, this is it. I’m grateful my family found them, and I’m always happy to share the love.
