I met these parents for the first time over the summer during Porch Fest.  They live across the street from us, so we were able to sit on our porch and listen to Mom’s beautiful voice.  That day is definitely one of my family’s favorite 2020 memories.

As a photographer in Natick MA, One good thing that has come out of 2020 is me doing outdoor newborn sessions and realizing how much I love them.  I feel so lucky that even with the Covid 19 pandemic, I have been able to continue to capture families with their babies.

This session was outside, but on their porch so it had a very cozy in-home feel, which I loved.  Both parents are musicians.  Since music is such an important part of their lives, we included guitars in the session.  When Dad started playing to Mom and Baby my heart was melting.  It was so fun to sit out on the porch and listen to Dad play music while neighbors walked by congratulating the new family.
