Facebook just reminded me that it was three years ago today that I started my photography business page.  If you told me four years ago that I would have a photography business, I would not have believed you.  I double majored in psychology and economics in college, went on to get my masters in education, and started working as a board certified behavior analyst.  When I went back to work after having my second daughter, I felt like I needed to be home more with my family.  After a few weeks of being home, I started taking online photography classes.  Photographing my children, and even before that my friends’ children, has always been a love of mine.  My husband encouraged me to take the leap and start my own business.  So here I am three years later, happier than ever that I took the leap.

I am so thankful for all my clients who allow me to capture their special moments.  Without you I wouldn’t be here reminiscing about my last three years in business.  My business has brought so many amazing families into my life that I wouldn’t have otherwise have met.  I feel so lucky that my work is also my passion.  Photography has allowed me to meet new people, be creative, and feel more like me than I had in a long while.  So this is me giving a big THANK YOU for all of your support!
