I don’t use props, but love including items that are special to the family.  I had so much fun incorporating items that were special to this family.  They had a quilt that was made by Mom’s grandmother years ago and set aside for the first grandchild.  They had a Curious George stuffed animal that was the grandmother’s that she passed down to Mom and the passed down to baby.  Dad found his old bear in the basement since it was the house he grew up in.  His Grandfather built the house for his parents and he is now living in it.  This session was full of family history!
